What is the difference between Hotel and Pavilions?
Hotel :
Located at 525 Chemin des Falaises, La Malbaie, Qc, G5A 2V5. It has 113 rooms with a view of the courtyard and the Saint Lawrence River. On the first floor, you will find the Restaurant Les Délices du Petit Manoir du Casino and on the 1st floor The Zen Evasion spa Massotherapy center as well as the O'quartz Spa.
Pavilions :
Located 75 Rue des Villas, La Malbaie, QC G5A 3B9 (5 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel) . 77 rooms with kitchenette and view on the St. Lawrence River. Two outdoor spas, one indoor pool.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation: Cancellations without charge are accepted up to 24 hours in low season (October 10 to June 17) and up to 48 hours in high season (June 18 to October 9) for reservations made directly with us or on our website. ** Not applicable on long stay reservations as well as on reservations made on a partner website.
Do you make reservations for activities related to our packages?
Le petit Manoir du Casino is not responsible for the reservation/modification/cancellation of activities related to your packages. It is therefore important to notify our partners directly for any request. In case of non-compliance with the cancellation policy, fees may be applied.
What time is the arrival / departure?
Arrival: Rooms are available between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. However, it is possible to check in earlier and enjoy the facilities of the establishment while waiting for your room.
Departure: Departure is at 11:00 am. Late check-out available ($) if occupancy permits.

What method of payment do you accept?
- A credit card is required to make a reservation.
- We do not take cash.
- You can use a debit card on site.
- A pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay is taken (an additional $200 is added for debit cards).
Do I have to make a reservation at the restaurant?
Reservations are required at Les Délices du Petit Manoir du Casino for dinner and breakfast. Reserve online directly on the website: http://www.delicespetitmanoirducasino.ca or call 418-665-0000, ext. 7888 (table d'hôte is served from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm).
Do you have relaxation and activity rooms?
We have a gym (Hotel), public spas (Hotels and Pavilions) and a billiard room (Hotel and Pavilions). The relaxation sites are generally available every day between 10am and 8pm OR 10pm, some are available from 9am to 11pm, depending on the occupancy rate. For the billiards, gym, O'QUARTZ spa, you must be 16 years old to access them but the pavilions' pool and their outdoor spas are allowed to children accompanied by an adult, as well as the indoor spa on the second floor of our hotel section.
Do you have a massage therapy center?

Do you have a shuttle ?
This service is offered in high season or depending on the occupancy rate, between the pavilions and the hotel section to enjoy the activities of both sites. We also offer transportation to the train station during the Train de Charlevoix season.
Can I buy a gift card and what if my package has expired?
The gift card and certificate tab offers you the possibility of purchasing the perfect product for your loved ones. Simply choose it, personalize it and pay for it online. It will be sent directly to the recipient or to you if you wish. *Any expired certificate becomes a cash value and can be applied to the stay of your choice
Do you have discounts for certain members?
We have CAA- Fadoq-Military discounts upon presentation of the membership card: these cards offer discounts and must be in good standing.** The privileges of these discount cards cannot be combined with other promotions or packages and are applicable from Sunday to Thursday.
Can I bring my pet?
Please note that we do not accept pets in our establishment, contact us by email if you need more information.
Do you have a luggage locker?
You can leave your suitcases and bags with us and walk around freely to enjoy the activities of the site upon your arrival.
Do you have changing rooms?
On the 1st floor, we have a locker room for the O'quartz spa.
Do you have electrical terminals?
We have a terminal for electric cars.
Do you have any special instructions regarding the cleaning of the rooms?
Our housekeeping team takes care of adding the necessary items for two nights. If you need additional hospitality products, we will be happy to provide them. We do the cleaning and change the sheets for stays of 3 nights or more.
