An electronic registration kiosk is available to facilitate your check-in.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
• A resort fee of $16 per night will be charged to all guests.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Payment for the stay and a pre-authorization are processed the day before arrival. If the provided card is declined and no valid payment method is provided by noon on the day of arrival, the reservation may be canceled and the room made available to other guests.
• A security deposit of $250 is pre-authorized at check-in to cover any extras, damages, or unpaid fees upon departure.
• All guests under 18 must be under the constant supervision of a responsible adult during their stay. No room keys will be issued to minors. Parents, guardians, and chaperones remain fully responsible for the care, supervision, and safety of minors. The institution cannot be held liable for any incident resulting from a lack of supervision by the responsible adult.

• Pets are permitted only in certain rooms in Pavilions A & B and must be declared at the time of booking. An additional fee of $35 per night, per pet, applies (maximum of two pets per room).
• Service dogs are welcome free of charge in all room categories.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, no pets are allowed in the pools or around the aquatic facilities.
• If the hotel is not notified of the presence of a pet and it is staying in an undesignated/unsuitable room, the $250 security deposit will be automatically charged, without refund.

Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date for reservations made directly with us or on our website. In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours before arrival) or no-show, fees equivalent to one night plus taxes will be charged to the credit card provided during the reservation. Not applicable to long-stay reservations or reservations made on a partner site.

For an early departure, the room must be vacated before 11:00 AM, otherwise, an additional night may be charged. Please note that this policy does not apply to long-stay reservations or reservations made on a partner site, which may have their own cancellation conditions.

• The establishment is entirely non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
• Guests agree to respect the peace and quiet of the establishment at all times, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Speakers and sound systems are prohibited.
• In the event of a disturbance, inappropriate behavior, or disruption to other guests, the establishment reserves the right to intervene, up to and including immediate termination of the stay without refund or compensation, at the sole discretion of management.
• Any damage, breakage, excessive soiling, or restoration costs—including additional cleaning or compensation paid to a third party—may be charged to the guest and billed to the credit card on file.
• Le Petit Manoir du Casino accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Lost and found items will be kept for 60 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Access to the O’Quartz Spa is included in the resort fee for all hotel guests.
• Please note that access to the O’Quartz Spa is reserved for guests aged 16 and over. A spa pool is available to all guests on the hotel’s second floor (children must be accompanied by an adult). An indoor family pool is also available in Pavilion A.
• Use of the facilities is at each guest’s own risk.
• Please note that cameras and cellphones are prohibited in order to preserve the peace, privacy, and tranquility of all guests. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate intervention by staff. In the event of refusal to comply with these rules or repeated violations, the guest(s) in question may be expelled from the Spa without further warning.
