Le Petit Manoir du Casino consists of three distinct buildings to welcome you. The main hotel houses the reception and several other services detailed below. A short distance away, you’ll find our Pavilions A and B, offering rooms and suites with kitchenettes. Each building has its own parking and dedicated common areas, while allowing easy access to all our facilities.

General information
Reception
The reception is open 24 hours a day. Dial 0 at any time to reach us.
High-speed Wi-Fi access
Connect to the PetitManoir network or the Pavilions network, which are accessible without a password.

Housekeeping service
Please place the “Faire la chambre” sign on your door’s exterior handle before 11:00 AM if you wish to receive housekeeping service during your stay.
You will find cabinets containing a selection of complimentary toiletries on the 2nd floor of Pavilion A and on the 1st floor of Pavilion B. If you are staying at the hotel, you can go directly to the reception desk.
Your departure
On your departure day, the room must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM. If you prefer to avoid stopping at the front desk, complete your check-out online using the email received that morning and simply leave your keys in the designated boxes.
Shuttle service between the Hotel and Pavilions (subject to availability)
Our shuttle service is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM during high season. During less busy periods, schedules are subject to change. To request shuttle service or to know about upcoming shuttle times, please contact the front desk or dial 0 from your room.
Outdoor parking
The main parking area is located behind the hotel, allowing you to access the ground floor of the hotel directly from Richelieu Street.
The parking dedicated to Pavilion guests is located at 75 des Villas Street, less than a 1-minute drive from the hotel.
During the winter season, we also offer parking at the front of the hotel for snowmobiles, equipped with a camera surveillance system for your peace of mind.
Electric car charging stations
In the parking lot behind the hotel (Richelieu Street), you will find 6 charging stations for electric cars. These stations are accessible to hotel guests at a rate of $2 per hour of charging. Please note that there are no charging stations at the Pavilions.
Our charging stations are EvDuty brand and can be activated directly from the EvDuty mobile application.

O’Quartz Spa |1st floor
Enjoy our unique relaxation center, featuring a 22-foot waterfall, thermal pools, and saunas. An exceptional relaxation experience with panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River.
Please note, wearing sandals and swimwear is mandatory. Towels and bathrobes are provided on site. Changing rooms and showers are directly accessible at the spa. Access for guests 16 years and older.
Hours: Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Les Délices Restaurant | Ground floor
Savor comforting family-style cuisine in a warm setting with a view of the river. Our restaurant offers varied menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with specialties that will satisfy all appetites. Reservations are strongly recommended.

The ideal place to relax after a day of activities: reading a book by the fire, sharing convivial moments with family or friends, regardless of weather conditions.

Our gym allows you to maintain your workout routine even on vacation. At your disposal: stationary bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, weight machines, and a selection of free weights for complete sessions adapted to all levels.

Sports equipment rental: bicycles, fat bikes, snowshoes (depending on the season)
To enhance your stay, the hotel provides various sports equipment free of charge: city bikes and fat bikes, as well as snowshoes during the winter period.

Outdoor Spas | On Pavilion B’s terrace
Rejuvenate in our outdoor hot water pools located at Pavilion B, offering a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River. Ideal for admiring the breathtaking panorama.
Please note, wearing sandals and swimwear is mandatory. Towels provided in the Pavilion’s living room. Access to the terrace is through the interior of Pavilion B.

Indoor Pool | Pavilion A, 1st floor
Splash in our heated family pool located in Pavilion A. A pleasant aquatic space to relax or have fun, regardless of the season or weather.

Family Room | Pavilion A, 1st floor
Have fun in our recently renovated recreational space at Pavilion A. You’ll find game tables (pool, foosball, ping-pong), video games, board games for the whole family, and more!

Outdoor fireplaces
Gather in our areas equipped with fireplaces outside the Pavilions, perfect for warm evenings under the stars. You will find a propane fireplace on the terrace of Pavilion A as well as 3 wood fireplaces, distributed on the outdoor site of the Pavilions. Feel free to light the fireplaces if they are not already in use.

Pet-Friendly
Some rooms in our Pavilions A & B are now pet-friendly. Don’t forget to notify the reception upon arrival. The fee is $35 per night, per pet (maximum two pets per room)
Guidelines for a safe canine stay:
• Pets should not be left unattended in the room.
• Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior.
• Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas.
• Owners must clean up after their pet.
